SUPER EASY TO MAKE OREO CHEESECAKE

Two of my favorite things are Oreo Cookies and Cheesecake.  Combining the two has all the makings of a heavenly dessert!!!!  This is probably one of the easiest to make recipes you will ever use.  Thank you to my niece, Lacey for sharing this recipe with me.

I made this for the Adult Christmas Party at our church and plan on making it again real soon.

OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE

16 ounce pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Flavoring
2 Eggs
18 Oreo Cookies
4 - 5 crushed Oreo Cookies
18 cupcake liners

Mix Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Sugar and Vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer.

Then.... Add 2 Eggs to above and Mix well.

Put cupcake liners into muffin pan.  Place 1 Oreo in each cupcake liner.

Spoon Cheesecake batter over each Oreo, filling the cupcake liner almost to top of liner.

Sprinkle crumbled Oreo's on top of each.

Bake at 275 degrees for 22 minutes.

Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

I will be sharing another favorite Oreo recipe of mine soon, so be sure to visit my blog again for that recipe.

If you make this be sure to leave me a comment and let me know how you liked it.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Every year we have an Adult Christmas Party at our church with Ham, Turkey, Fried Chicken, all the fixings, Christmas music, games, fun and lots of laughter.

This event was beautifully decorated by Tara & Clyde Harper, Jake (Tara & Clyde's grandson), Deborah Williams, and Patty & Emory Roan.
The centerpieces  were beautiful, but so simple to make.  The base is a goblet with a bowl sitting on top. Christmas bulbs were added along with beaded garland.

I made this wreath using 3 paper mache angels as the focal point.  This is a HUGE wreath.
Check back for photos of our Ladies Snowman themed Christmas Party that I will be posting soon.  Be sure to check out the other themed parties here on my blog too.  poinsettia, garland, icicle lights, Christmas Wreath, stars, centerpieces, tablescape
